This service can be used exclusively for Idaho state agencies, counties, cities and other government entities at no cost. There are no merchant fees or monthly minimums. In addition, you’ll have access to exportable online billing reports at no charge.
In partnership with Idaho Information Consortium, the State of Idaho established Access Idaho to develop, support, maintain, and enhance the State’s official web portal, idaho.gov (hyperlink), under a self-funding model using no tax dollars and appropriated funds.
- Under the Windows “Start” menu in the lower left corner of your screen, click “Run” (or, on Windows 7 computers, type “run” in the search box and hit enter).
- Type in the text field exactly as follows: javaws -viewer (there is a space between “javaws” and the dash).
- Click “OK”
- When the Java Cache Viewer window appears, right-click on the “PayPort (prod)” icon, then left-click on “Install Shortcuts”
- Close Viewer window.
- Double-click “PayPort (prod)” icon on desktop to launch and log-in.
