Q3 Partner Spotlights:
Idaho State Liquor Division
Tyler Idaho brought a spirited group together this summer: the Idaho State Liquor Division (ISLD). Yes, they have the spirits. Yes, they do! How about you? The Tyler Idaho team worked with ISLD to help vendors register for their fall trade show, which helps bring new spirit innovations to the Idaho market, contributing to the growth and diversification of Idaho’s beverage industry, strengthening local businesses, and stimulating economic development throughout the state. Ask us how the Tyler Idaho staff can quickly build an online service to improve your operational objectives and lift your spirits using our platforms.
Idaho Barley Commission
The Idaho Barley Commission launched its online tax filing service in Q2 with support from the Tyler Idaho team. The commission is a self-governing agency that endeavors to enhance the profitability of Idaho barley growers through research, market development, promotion, information, and education programs. Growers' tax assessments help fund the commission's work. We are proud to partner with the Idaho Barley Commission, whose efforts to support barley growers across the state not only bolster the agriculture community but also significantly drive Idaho's economy forward.
Tyler Idaho Platforms: Solving State and Local Citizen Engagement Needs
New Website for Idaho State Police
Idaho State Police (ISP) has more than cool cruisers. Now it has a modern new website to match! ISP worked with Tyler Idaho to redesign and launch their new site. Here are some project highlights:
- Tyler Idaho did a deep dive into the old site's analytics to identify ways to improve the overall user experience and create internal efficiencies.
- We developed a new Missing Person Alerts feature for notifications previously distributed via X (formerly known as Twitter) or Facebook.
- Maintenance was simplified through custom short codes, now allowing ISP to quickly and easily display documents by folder, list, or table. This saves ISP staff valuable time and eliminates the need to manually add multiple documents to a page.
Appointment Scheduling for Summer Swimming Lessons
Tyler Idaho worked with the City of Rupert to create online registration for Swimming Lessons using our Appointment Scheduling solution. Nearly 750 applications were received over the summer months, allowing hundreds of families to access essential swimming lessons through the city's new online registration site. This was a key initiative to promote their Parks and Recreation mission: "To provide a healthy, positive, and safe learning environment for the youth in our community incorporating teamwork, exercise, and fun."
Organizations with multiple locations, such as district offices, field offices, or schools, can easily configure Appointment Scheduling to offer in-person or online appointments for their services. Let us know how we can assist you in streamlining your services and promoting citizen engagement with your organization.
IDOC Helps Ease Reentry for Newly Released Offenders
In 2016, Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) decided to switch from mailing paper checks to Release Pay, an electronic payment disbursement solution for the corrections industry. The new system also allows IDOC to close out a resident’s account the day before they’re released, saving 30 minutes to an hour a day of manual data-entry required for printing and mailing checks. From detention centers to transitional work programs, IDOC has a great story to tell about Release Pay.
