Same Local Team, Same Exceptional Service Now Powered by a National Leader in Digital Government

On January 31, 2024, Tyler Technologies' Idaho-based team, Tyler Idaho, signed an agreement with the State of Idaho to provide online platform and payment services to public entities under the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) Citizen Engagement agreement.

With this new agreement, the Access Idaho team will now be known as Tyler Idaho. While our name is changing, the level of care and service to which you've become accustomed over the years will remain the same. Our local office will continue to be staffed with the same familiar faces, ready to provide both familiar and new services under the new agreement.

Here’s what’s changing:

• Your credit card fees will be reduced from 3% to 2.5%.
• The Access Idaho services you previously received at no cost will now be procured through an ITS evaluation and bid process.
• Requests for a brand new website, application, payment processing service, or online forms will need to be submitted through the ITS service request. Maintenance of existing websites will also need to be submitted through the ITS service request. Any update/maintenance requests to an application or service that we have an existing contract for can be sent directly to us.
